Because our services involve persistent infrastructure reservations, our subscription updates and cancellation boundaries are governed by the following straightforward rules.
Subscription Deactivation Protocols
Corporate clients maintain the flexibility to terminate their active API subscription plans at any point directly via the Billing section of the Cloudrix.site management dashboard. Alternatively, an enterprise account administrator may submit a formal deactivation request via email to operations@cloudrix.site. To guarantee a clean cutoff and avoid automated renewal charges, email cancellation notices must originate from the verified primary account holder and be processed at least three business days prior to the next scheduled billing sequence.
Billing Cycles and Continuous Access
When an API subscription plan is canceled, system access does not cut off instantly. Your developer keys, endpoint routes, and webhook relays will remain fully functional with unrestricted production access until the final calendar day of your current paid billing period. To ensure your payment profiles are not automatically charged for the subsequent monthly or annual deployment cycle, your cancellation action must be completed and confirmed prior to your official system renewal timestamp.
Refund Limitation Clauses
All fees associated with our unified API access tiers, developer sandbox privileges, and pre-allocated transaction volumes are non-refundable. Because structural resource pathways are securely committed to your endpoints at the start of each billing cycle, we do not issue partial refunds, prorated credits, or fee adjustments for mid-month cancellations or under-utilized transaction caps. If your plan includes an initial trial period, your team must execute a cancellation before the trial expires to avoid automated transition into a standard paid tier.
API Key Revocation and Data Purging
Upon reaching the final moment of your active billing period, your custom API keys, dedicated access tokens, and integration routing links will be automatically revoked and systematically locked. To maintain optimal network speed and ensure data privacy compliance, all associated custom configurations, security keys, and historical telemetry data logs will be permanently deleted from our active databases thirty days post-termination. It is the sole technical responsibility of your development team to download and archive necessary system logs before this deletion window closes.
